Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern use of the Captivise platform operated by Captivise Ltd, company number 13042746, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Piccadilly Business Centre, Unit C Aldow Enterprise Park, Manchester, M12 6AE.
1. About the Platform
Captivise is an online marketplace connecting customers seeking business or personal services (“customers”) with vetted service providers (“providers”). Customers submit enquiries free of charge. Providers purchase customer enquiries (“leads”) to receive contact details and project information.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and, where registering as a business, be duly authorised to act on its behalf. By using Captivise you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Customer Terms
By submitting an enquiry you consent to your contact details and project information being shared with up to five matched providers who have purchased your lead. You may receive calls, emails or messages from those providers. Captivise is not a party to any contract between you and a provider and accepts no liability for provider conduct.
4. Provider Terms
Providers must maintain a valid UK business registration and the relevant licences or accreditations for their sector. Purchases are final subject to our Refund Policy. Providers must not attempt to contact customers outside the scope of the purchased enquiry or use lead data for any purpose other than responding to the specific enquiry.
5. Pricing and Payment
Lead prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by grade, sector, and time elapsed since submission (price decay). All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed via Stripe. Credit bundles are non-refundable.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not: misrepresent their identity or business; submit false enquiries; resell lead data; reverse-engineer any part of the platform; use automated tools to submit enquiries or purchase leads; or conduct any activity that violates applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on captivise.com is owned by Captivise Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Captivise Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability to any user in any 12-month period is limited to the amount paid by that user to Captivise in that period.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
